My plans  
My current biggest issue is that my eating habits are horrible. I eat very sporadically, some days only one meal, other days eating the whole time. And yeah, I tend to eat junk.

Fitness-wise, I should start running again. Now that the days are getting longer I think I'll start running every night after uni.

So, regular, healthy eatings, and more runnings. I have no clear benchmark to gauge these by, other than actually doing them.

I found this link a while ago and I was intending to use it to get my running happening before the city to bay but... eh...See if you can do anything with it. :) Couch to 5km.
