Introduction  
So I started this comm as a way to get myself into gear and to keep my enthusiasm.

My plan:
Eating healthier, drinking more water and getting into a regular exercise routine.

I've been eating healthy (for the most part) and trying to build up to drinking 2L of water a day. I'm at 1.5L but I've missed a few days so I'll probably be back at 1L.

I'm thinking of trying yoga and Pilates and changing this up with some cardio and strength training. I can't decide what time is the best time of day to exercise so I'll be looking into that.

I've also been parking further away at uni so I walk further and move more during the day.
